Critical Infrastructure Resource Repository

This repository provides “one-stop” access to topical information across a spectrum of activities undertaken by public utility commissions to address critical infrastructure security.  These activities focus on approaches and strategies related to energy infrastructure reliability and resilience, cybersecurity, and emergency response.   

Information on this site is proprietary.  It is voluntarily shared by public utility commissions to facilitate peer engagement and information exchange.  It is intended to help drive innovation and encourage consistency and alignment across states' activities in the critical infrastructure security domain.

    Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire have regional responsibilities under the Regional Catastrophic Coordination Plan (RCCP). The RCCP contains a Cyber Disruption Incident Response (CDRA) Annex that contains information on how all states in the RCCP would respond in the event of a major cyber emergency. “The CDRA fosters relationships and mutual understanding of institutional missions and capabilities to ultimately facilitate coordination for cyber-related regional catastrophic incidents”
