The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) with the support of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Grid Deployment Office (GDO) will host the Grid Resilience Metrics, Grid Resilience Valuation, and Regulatory Mechanisms to Support Grid Resilience Cohorts to meet in-person to engage in facilitated, structured discussions on the cohort topic areas, and further the efforts on coordinated grid resilience planning.
These cohorts are part of the larger DOE cohort series, “Energy Security and Grid Resilience Cohorts” (see Related Web Pages and Sites section below) sponsored by DOE’s Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) and GDO in collaboration with the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL).
The workshop format is as follows:
• Cohort Tracks: Participants will choose one Cohort track to participate in throughout the meeting. Relevant cohort materials will be distributed out to participants once preferred track is chosen.
• Group Sessions: Group meetings in which all attendees are present. Participants will gain insight into other cohort tracks, learn from guest speakers, and align on initiative objectives through these sessions.
• Cohort Sessions: Cohort tracks meet concurrently.
We ask that you select your preferred cohort track during registration. While we encourage you to commit to your selected track, there will be an option at on-site registration to choose a different track, if space allows.
