Pre-Registration Policy
Deadline for pre-registration is January 31. After this date, registrations must be processed on site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or emails will be accepted after this date. You may register on site at the Renaissance hotel beginning on Sunday, February 9 at 8:00 a.m.
Cancellations:
Cancellation request must occur by January 31 to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $95. Cancellations must be submitted in in writing to jford@naruc.org.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company at any time. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact wharris@naruc.org with the substitution request.
